Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.
  
   

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

• Local Pickup: Not currently available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or peak seasons.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
  
   

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at:

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either through replacement or refund.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Austin Infinite Media LLC is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
