Refund Policy

At Austin Infinite Media LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of children’s books, t-shirts, and hoodies. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags or packaging intact.

• Returns must include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
  
   

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Digital downloads or eBooks

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as “Final Sale”
  
   

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

1. Email us at derek@austininfinitemedia.com with your order number and the reason for return.

2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

3. Package the item securely and ship it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
   

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us at derek@austininfinitemedia.com with a photo and description. We will replace it at no cost to you or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
